The list of available holidays was easy…
The list of available holidays was easy to navigate and to book the holiday. Disability assistance required a phone call to the assistance team, but was made simple and striaght forward by the operator, as all request was actioned. This has made our lifes so much easier. Going to book a holiday in another area of the country. Stratford upon Avon TUI Stores was great. Hayley was fantastic and a real pleasure to deal with. The booking process was smooth and she was fully knowledgable.

Marella Cruise

Friendly helpful staff as always gave us plenty of advice and choices. We were able to select the best holiday and options in a relaxed manner. We took the information within us to lunch and returned with our choice and booked quickly and easily. Willow was a superstar.

Payment was tricky
Payment was tricky. We tried several times on line with different cards but failed. Each time the payment failed we had to start from scratch and go through the whole booking procedure. We gave up and called the next day. Again payment was really bad and took several attempts by the operative. Nice lady though, very helpful with the rest of the booking.

Great holiday
Booked on the App to go to Lanzarote, same place for the 5th time, El Trebol. Yet again an amazing stay. Staff were amazing throughout the hotel.
Receptionist very polite and welcoming was the start of two fab weeks.
The animation crew were awesome, Nolan, Maria, Marco and Elena were fab entertaining people if they wished to partake in the activities. They were awesome doing the mini disco and evening in encouraging involvement. Andreas made the best cocktails in The adult bar. It is so lovely returning to see the same staff working there. Feels like a second home when there. Sixth visit already booked! A must is Rancho Texas, fab evening with free flowing sangria and beer. You receive a photo for a memory. Very well organised. Lots of dancing and food was good. A fab all round experience.
