I stayed at Suneo Kenzi Europa for ten days in Morocco from the 20/ 07 /26 to the 30/07/26 The hotel was described as four stars it was overcrowded flys and wasps over the fresh food. A music festival for 3 nights which was every year at the same time until 2am the noise in the hotel rooms was deafening my parents had a fall my dad banged his head blood on the floor wasn’t sure if he lost consciousness I asked for an ambulance four times ignored no doctor to check if he was alright! Changing money at the hotel the man wasn’t honest always pretending to make mistakes first then by magic he would realise and you didn’t know how much you was being ripped off by. The flight was delayed on the way there because they didn’t shut the door properly and on the way back at 00.00 at night after being kicked out of your room at 12.00 unless you paid 50 pound till 3pm the flight did take off 2 hours and 15 minutes later why because they took cabin crew off our flight in Manchester for another flight because they didn’t want to pay compensation on that flight so we had to suffer spent 22 pounds in airport on food nothing offered on the flight . I put a complaint in with a sorry hope you have a better time next time like holidays are cheap it was labelled as four stars most people there wasn’t happy I won’t be travelling with TUI again worst holiday I have had it makes me regret the other six holidays I have had with them being treated that way !

We booked a cruise on line. The Website worked effectively and allowed us to compare different holidays. The deposit was reasonable and affords us time to pay progressively.

The team at TUI in Camborne were absolutely outstanding. From sorting out a holiday, accommodating our needs and finally solving our problems with currency and a travel card. No internet or online can replace this amazing bunch of people. I was amazed to see how many people they assisted in the time I was in the store and they treat each and every customer with such professionalism and understand their individual needs. I will never touch online again after the service I received.

Easy to find and book your cruise. Good communication. As regular Marella guests we would welcome some recognition such as a free upgrade or on board spending.

Its bye far the easiest cruise line to book on line with.marella cruises can be booked in minutes and you know exactly what you have booked. Most of the other cruise lines are so complecated you always end up having to phone someone to get anywhere.

I usually give five stars.I always book my holidays with TUI and have always been pleased. However, this time I feel I was pressured into booking my holiday earlier than anticipated. I wanted two rooms with sea views for myself, my partner and my parents. When I booked the holiday on the website, it was stating that there were only four rooms left with sea views. Knowing that I needed to book two rooms myself and didn't want to lose them, I immediately booked the holiday. The following week I was just checking the website for curiosity to see if all the rooms had sold out, but there was nothing stating that there was any shortage of rooms at all. I feel I was misled into booking this hotel at the most expensive price for the date I wanted to go by a marketing ploy, which is very dishonest and disappointing.

We had a £100 saving voucher from our holiday last year, tried to use it and found it was out of date. We holiday for 1 week every year with TUI and this is the first time we have been unable to benefit from our returning save voucher. We contacted TUI customer services but to be honest got nowhere which again was disappointing. Why be a return client??

Avoid like the plague, 2 changes to next mays holiday within 6 weeks of each other and according to tui not a major change, not for them but it is for us, I will never book with tui again an absolute shambles of a company that treat their customers with contempt and disdain.

I found the sales assistant very helpful and my booking of my cruise very smooth and efficient

Best airline ever! TUI rescued us after the hurricane in Jamaica on one of the last flights out. While other airlines left customers stranded, TUI honoured its commitment. Their representatives kept us informed and reassured throughout. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Flying with TUI was an honour thank you 🥳

The advisor called Chloe from Tui Lombardy Retail Park in Hayes was very helpful and friendly, made it very easy to book a holiday
