I absolutely love my new bag from Tusting. It came really quickly and well packaged and it is just beautiful quality. I will definitely be looking to expand my collection in the future.

Having spent time seeking a UK based luggage manufacturer, Tusting have proved that Britain can still produce world class workmanship and outstanding design.

Ordering from the US and needed assistance with the color of the item-Lucy was amazingly helpful despite being in a different time zone and country! The exchanges were personal, timely and have made me a customer for life! Can’t wait for the next purchase! Lucy deserves a raise! Service and merchandise was BEYOND expectations!!!!

I rang customer services to ask for advice on colour for a glasses case. I was taken aback by the quality of the service. I felt as if I were talking to a lovely friend. The lady suggested off-white, a colour I hadn't considered. She said she'd see if it were possible to do this as it wasn't actually a colour they offered in glasses cases but only in their handbags. It arrived three days later and is absolutely stunning.

I originally ordered a Hettie, this was on a Monday, it arrived the following day. I realised it was too small and I would need a mini Holly. I rang customer service, and spoke to a lovely lady who checked they had a mini Holly available and arranged for a return label for the Hettie. The mini Holly arrived on the Thursday!!! I cannot think of another company arranging this so quickly and seamlessly. Absolutely superb customer service, the products are first class - and made in the UK.

I recently made my first purchase from Tusting – a Mini Holly – and was delighted with both the quality of the bag and the great customer service. I requested a slightly shorter than standard strap because I'm very petite, but when the bag arrived I felt the strap was still too long. After a bit of discussion over email, Tusting very kindly sent me a new, shorter strap which is perfect. The bag itself is simply wonderful – I cannot recommend it highly enough!

the people are so helpful when you have questions and i love the quality of their bags ad eye glass case. If you have to send something back they set it up so DHl comes to your home to pick it up. I am a huge fan of this company and i will buy the keychain next. Also the colors are wonderful with many choices. I highly recommend this company. DHL gets you the order in approx. 3 days.

I have been a very satisfied Tusting customer for many years and always delighted with my purchases so had no cause to seek further support. That is until a couple of weeks ago when I inadvertently used the wrong "polish" while cleaning my current favourite, and much used, handbag. In a panic I contacted the Tusting customer services team who were just great. Not only was the advice comprehensive and effective but it was from a real person (Lucy). The bag is now fully restored and looking lovely again. Thank you very much!

I bought my wife a bag for Christmas but she was not happy with my choice. We returned to the factory after the holiday and they were so helpful we chose another bag which suited better and I now have a very happy wife!

I am very pleased with my Mini Holly. It's beautifully crafted and such an elegant shape. I'm glad the company decided to move the foiled logo to the back of the bag - definitely more of a quiet luxury vibe! It's a bag that will look good for years to come.

Customer service is excellent. My India Hicks Rex bag arrived very quickly with ETA updates. You cannot beat good quality design and leather from Lavendon !
