I must admit I was quite dubious about using the App to get a ticket to see Gorillaz but I really shouldn't have worried at all. Everything went through fine & received the ticket transfer within about 30 minutes. Could not have gone any better - very happy!

Easy to list tickets. Sold immediately. Money came through straight away. I had a query which twickets were quick to resolve and gave reassurance needed. Only thing that could be better is if you could list tickets that aren't in hand yet. For less popular events if you can't list until you have received the tickets sometimes this will only give you a day or two by which time can be too late for anyone looking to purchase.

I found a gig that i wanted to attend it was all sold out!! I came here got two tickets at selling price and it was easy simple and even got a email from.the seller to confirm it went smoothly and I received my tickets whivh was lovely 😁

Simple site to use. Very useful when unforseen emergencies arise which prevent attendance at events.

First time of using but hugely impressed at speed of process. Had to contact twickets for help in uploading tickets as the email address was very confusing and didnt work for me. They replied promptly offering support.
Tickets sold within minutes of being listed, now just waiting on payment so hoping that goes as smoothly as everything else has done.
It would be much easier in future if an email address worked to forward tickets etc as having to convert to pdf files was difficult for me.

I have bought and sold tickets using Twickets and both experiences were straightforward and successful. I wish I had known about Twickets a few years ago. Would definitely recommend.

Good app and website lets you buy and sell tickets for a fair price.

I suggest adding the ability to toggle the negotiation option on and off. I had to cancel the listing and create a new one without it.

Twickets is brilliant! I have sold tickets and I’ve got tickets from them and it’s been a really great experience.

Sale of my tickets was straightforward once they were listed. Listing was more tricky than expected even for a well known event - I had to go through the process several times and delete my listing before getting it set up.
