Support is awesome. Lanry Lucky, the support Rep, did me right and provided a quick, sound solution for my issue. I had screwed up the order and when I tried to fix it I actually ordered something else so I had two things that I couldn’t use. In less than 24 hours, Support fixed it and gave me exactly what I needed with a lifetime license for less than what it would cost if I hadn’t made a mistake. They were concerned about making me happy. That is a company I want to do business with. And the software is absolutely amazing. I’m operating on a new hard drive that has everything that my other one had and I was able to change it from MBR to GPT all in the switch. I’m grateful to AOMEI for an amazing product and an amazing experience.

AOMEI Backupper is a great program!I use it all the time. One of the best functions is that it can restore an image from a larger drive to a smaller drive, something that Symantec Ghost did that I could not find in another backup program. It is easy to use. Has been invaluable to me for years in maintaining all my computers.

Lot of helping with my small problem, needed to change my laptop and they helped me with the activation issues.

My PC hard drive with my Aomei Backupper Pro, was out of space.

So I bought a new, larger hard drive.

After I re-installed Aomei Backupper Pro on my new hard drive, I found that my Aomei Backupper Pro license key wouldn't register my software. The program wouldn't work at all.

So I wrote an email asking Aomei Support for help.
They answered very quickly, providing very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful support.

My Aomei Backupper Pro is now registered on my new hard drive and it works again. Great job. Thanks !!

AOMEI has by far the best PC backup software on the market. Lany was so helpful with getting me a solution to my multiple problems. He replied in a reasonable amount f time and always got back to me.

After my old computer died, I built a new one. I contacted the support to reset my licence. Because it was before the weekend, they did the reset when it ended
