At first I had problems getting my package returned. (UPS had delivered to the wrong side of the building) When I had called asking for an update the staff quickly realized the problem and genuinely apologized and fixed the problem and left me a message. John from apple valley helped me quickly and took responsibility even though it was the delivery at fault.

I agree wholeheartedly with another reviewer who said for Samsung warranty work, stay away from UBreakIFix at all cost. They use aftermarket parts for official warranty work and they claim they don't know that some features of warranty such as water resistance will no longer be honored if they fix your phone. Some warranty service!

Terrible customer service at this one. Despite 2 calls to verify they had the parts AND setting an appointment, I came in only to find out that they didn't have the parts for the repair. Totally abhorrent.

I got my screen fixed and they made me turn off location and find my iPhone and they made me sign out of my iCloud! And when I got my phone back later that night my iCloud was hacked from someone in London:(

I went to the Store off Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg MD. This was the second time I had been in the store. This company is amazing -- both times. Jarad not only solved my problem but went the extra mile to make sure it worked correctly in my car. I love this place.

Well it first I was going to give a 5 star review cause I break I fixs did a good job on repairing my phone a few months back but when my phone was damages again I call to see if it was cover by the warranty they give me on the Repair and was told yes I take phone back to them waited 20 minutes and they try to push me to other company that is associated with them to do the repair and when I ask if that company was going to honor the warranty the guy just look at me and didn't answer the question this told me the other company wasn't going to go honor the warranty just as well as I break I fix so what I am basely saying this company work is great but their warranty sucks

I droppped iphone 11 and it hit perfectly to black out screen to where i could not see who is callling OR answer the phone. could not dial out either. called ATT they referred these guys. Although I had never heard of this place I called and talked with a man named Jay. i explained the situation to him and i was desperate to get it repaired. Jay told me to come in and he would make sure it was taken care of and that is exactly what they did. Although i dont remember any others names they all were very pleasant to deal with and all were very knowlegedable electronics, I on the other hand am not good with these things AT ALL. I had Esurance on my phone and screen protector. They made a claim on insurance and it only cost me less than $25.00 toget an LCD screen and a new screen protector. I will use these guys next time and just so anyone that sees this review needs to know ATT who is a very large company uses these guys for there warranty repairs and other things and as many customers as they have are not going to send you to someone that is not reputable. i appreciate Jay and his sincerity on getting my iphone 11 repaired ASAP. This is the second time in 6 months that I have had occasion to go in for help. I have always found the most friendly and professional guys working here. They are polite, very helpful, and take the time to understand the customers' problems.
I have both times been helped by Eddie who took the time and patience to help me sort out the problem with my equipment...and to further suggest ways to make the situation better.
He is very attentive and the kind of guy who makes customers come back to this business again, and again.
Thank you Eddie for your kind help today....and, of course, while I am waiting in line, I see how you also attend kindly to other customers....you acknowledge those waiting in line, and tell them you will be getting to them soon. That is a really great way to make your customers overlook any time they have to spend in line😊.

Samsung sent Huntersville, NC a repair ticket and they didn’t even try to look it up. Tried to charge me almost $400 for a job Samsung support tech said would cost me $70 and then magically couldn’t fix it. Got a second repair ticket sent to them that they once again didn’t try to look up. Asked if they could retrieve my contacts and photos and transfer to my new phone, was told they could do it no problem. Found out later they couldn’t do it and broke my phone back in the process and didn’t even tell me! Husband showed me the damage and they denied doing it, then after much of a fuss they later said they did it while “trying to fix it and that’s what happens when they try to repair the screen.” Easily one of the laziest, most inept group of phone tech people EVER.

Extremely long waiting time, and they charged me an additional $120 for a service performed without my approval! Unbelievable!
I waited for about 1.5 hours in line to pick up my phone. Even worse, there were only a few chairs so you have to STAND for the entire duration. I made an appointment but it didn’t save me any time. There was only one staff at the reception desk and it was very very slow. They should at least have more chairs for customers to sit in while waiting. The experience was so terrible.

We love ubreakifix in Waukesha! Whether it's our phones or computers, they are friendly, quick, and extremely knowledgeable! So reasonable too!!!

My phone is now broken because of them. I cannot post on Instagram or Facebook. Also I have to turn the phone sideways in order to send messages on my gmail. Also I have to turn the phone sideways in order for me to search YouTube. Plus I cannot play music on YouTube music. On top of that you all used cheap glue and the phone almost came apart. $135 waisted, I should have let it stay broken

Alberto is amazing! Blocked out of Samsung S9 smartphone. Had taken phone to 3 other stores including provider AT&T. In a matter of MINUTES, Alberto was able to bring up Gmail password allowing access
to phone, saving almost all my data
contacts etc.
NO ONE BUT ALBERTO HAD A CLUE.

TAKE YOUR PHONE TO HIM AND HE WILL FIND A SOLUTION,whatever the problem.

At the advice of the HP Forum I was advised to take HP ENVY dv7 Notebook PC to ubreakifix as they are the authorized company for hinge repairs on this PC.
Brought unit in to repair, was told repair would require replacing top case and bottom housing assembly which had to be ordered from overseas. When parts arrived I was notified to bring PC in for repair. The PC was running fine when I brought it, the only problem was with the hinges. I inquired about the status of the repair the next day and was told that it was apart and that no one was working on it. Finally, the manager called me back on the following day and told me that it would not boot up and that it was not repairable.
The PC was working fine when I dropped it off. I would not have brought in a non-operable PC for a hinge repair. I have no way of knowing exactly what happened but I suspect that the unit was damaged when it was first taken apart to replace the case.
The manager refused any responsibility for damaging the PC beyond repair and suggested that I file a claim. Although I waited the required 30-days to file a claim, the claim was denied because the damage (by ubreakifx) was done within the 30-day waiting period.
Warning, beware of technicians at ubreakifx, they should rename it ubreakibreakitmore.

These comments ARE definitely with regard to Ubreakifix USA. They have nothing to do with "U Break I Fix Amsterdam Holland the Netherlands". I have no idea where that came from. Ubreakifix, 4333 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, Florida.

They fixed my DJI drone after a crash messed up the gimbal (P4 Pro). Took the time to learn how to fix it. Tried several solutions until they found the right on. They were awesome!

I highly recommend this shop!! Ben, Chris, and the other guys were immensely more helpful than my cell phone carrier. I hope I never have to get a screen repaired again, but if I did, I would not hesitate to bring it to ubreakifix in Evansville. These guys were super patient and helpful even when my frustration finally boiled over, and they actually helped me, which is a rare trait these days.

My first time ever coming here, it was a very good experience. My IPhone 7 Plus home button has been vibrating extremely loud and it took them 2 minutes to fix it and they didn’t charge me anything. Thank you U break I fix! I highly recommend!

Just took my cracked iPhone. John repaired for so much less than Verizon said and Best Buy.
