I ordered two tubes of hair color and the Developer only received the developer! Contacted you about my color and all I got was a refund ! That I didn’t request . Meanwhile my hair still needs coloring badly and I have no use for the developer without color Right?

I’m sorry we have been out of stock on some of our colors due to heavy demand. We hope to get everything back in in the next month or so. As for the developer, yes I do agree that developer without the color is not much use & I am so sorry for that. We do of course offer full refunds on all returns within 30 days, so you may like to avail of that.
GREAT WHITE TONER
Great toner if you want a pretty white color. I have used Ion toner in the past and this is much better.

I am very disappointed
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the products that I recently received from uglyducklingcolor.com. Unfortunately, upon inspection, I noticed that the products were close to their expiration date, which was not what I was expecting when I made my purchase.
I noticed it after colored my hair and there was no change in color.
Customer services replyed to my email with an answer that I have to keep the products in its original bag & plastic container with the lid securely closed in order to extend shelf life.
The customer service is horrible, I am very disappointed.

since I already try the products and the shipping back to them will cost me more than the products.

I am sorry to hear that. Most customers (who are hairdressers) are generally very satisfied with our products. We have looked up your order. Can you clarify which product it was that was close to the expiration and not what you were expecting? I notice that you purchased several totally different products...ash blue additive, pretty pink, 10.1b etc. I assume you did not use these together, as they produce very different and very specific results. They are intended for professional use, also. If you could reply with some more details that would be most useful to solving your case.

The color was named extra cold light…
The color was named extra cold light ash blonde but came out very dark. It also had more grey than ash tones. In some places on my head i actually had greenish grey streaks though those have almost disappeared after several washes.

Thank you so much for your review and comments. 8.1b is fairly pigmented this is true. It's a blue based ash blonde and needs to be applied on well pre-lightened hair. If, for example you apply on hair that is too yellow, going by Color Wheel Theory, the blue+ yellow will lead to green. I am glad that in your case it has washed off. May I suggest if your hair is very yellow that you go next time for our intense toners eg 100B? Those will help lift up the level.
