I love the products it just takes forever to get it.

I love UD toners and conditioners and most of their silver/grey colors. Unfortunately, I had an epic fail with their pink...not once but twice. The color would not take on my hair and would not even change in the bowl with the conditioner. I thought it might be a defunct batch so I ordered another tube and same issue - interestingly, 2nd tube was the same batch number. My hair is platinum and always takes color extremely quickly. I asked them to send me a tube from a different batch but they said they had no other complaints so I could try a different color. Not very helpful. I'll continue to order their pearl toner but I had to turn to Feria for a smokey pink (took to my hair in seconds!)

Best toner I've ever used! I'll never use anything else. Shipping is fast and customer service is very attentive and helpful.

Great color and customer service! I ordered a tube of rose gold to try out; and unfortunately the package was misdelivered. I contacted customer service, and they promptly sent out a replacement. The rose gold tone is beautiful! Will definitely be using Ugly Duckling color!
