With your online tutorials and a little help from my son, we took my Asian blue and black hair to a level 9-10 in one go around with minimal damage! My hair looks like I spent $500 or more on it! The toner works really fast and made my hair a beautiful silvery color. I would definitely buy your products to maintain my color!

Plain and simple I had nasty brassy yellowish orange in my hair from trying to go from a dark brown to I wanted a icy blonde. I had already did 4 sittings and for some reason my roots wouldn't lift. They were still my dark brown hair. Now I love love my hair!! I thought it would never happen but I finally got my icy blonde!!! Yay!! So many people loves it too and this is all because of Ugly Ducklings products!! The professional that was doing my hair was so impressed by it that she said she is going to start using them!!

I love the product, it works wonderful on dorks hair it give a beautiful lift.

Really lovely color! Defs brightened my blonde a bit. I noticed the product didn’t work as well with the spots that I tried to blend/work the product in. So I’m left with some warmer spots on ends and more towards grown out root.

Absolutely love Ugly Duckling products from the Toners to the purple shampoo and the Brillant Blondexx shampoo and mask are awesome. I am able to achieve the blonde that i want and since i been using the shampoo and mask my hair is back to being full and healthier.

Excellent customer service and coloring advice. Tried a color I've never done before, (midnighy blue) and I would've never tried it without the proper guidance that I got from ugly duckling. Dyes are also not overpowering and hair didn't get dry and fried. Colors are vibrant and stick around with proper washing and maintenence. Love!

Although the colors and the product itself are amazing (loyal customer for years now), sadly there won’t be a next time. The customer service I received was awful. I needed help changing the address for my order (which I’ll never receive because I moved) and Chixyanz Dina from Customer Service department sent me the following message: “ Sorry to hear about that. It should have been updated before you enter your order. Sorry for the inconvenience, Paula.“
I sent the message for help to customer service and the chat not even 5 minutes after the order was placed. She was unhelpful at all at rectifying the situation. She did not check to verify the address in my account and the shipping. She rushed judgement and made it my fault without looking into it or at least finding a solution for future purposes.
Could have said something along the lines of “ Sorry to hear about that. I have verified that the address is corrected in our systems for future orders ….or something along the lines …
Even though I loved ugly duckling I won’t be purchasing or recommending it again.
Obviously they sent the package to someplace I will never get it … and lost money and was treated crappy …

Love the color! Huge tube. I didn’t realize there was so much product so I love it even more now. I would 10/10 recommend not going over the time. With most toners you can go 5-10 minutes over and nothing happens but with this 5 minutes over and you will see a ton of gray deposited onto your hair thus having to rinse it out a few times to get that gray out. It’s not really a downside as it will fade or rinse out and atleast you know you have a good working good quality toner that truly puts color out and does what it says. So don’t panic if you go over but do try to work quick and watch the clock . Other than that it’s way better than the $7-$8 wella toners you get at Sally that just deposit color whereas ugly duckling actually gets into the hair cuticle thus lasting longer on the hair, and doesn’t all rinse out in one wash like a lot others I’ve tried. I love this brand with everything in me lol.
