Wrong strength sent.
I bought and paid for 500 mg CBD oil. I actually received 250 mg bottle which was not in its usual box. Tried to email you but my emails wouldn’t send. I phoned and left a message but have hard nothing back.
I haven’t had any problems in the past but need this sorting please.

Nothing delivered, sent 5 emails and nothing at all has been sent
Wont use these again, 5 emails i have sent now and not one response. So im having to wait and then to contact the back to request my money back.
But supprise its quick to get a email from them asking how they did.

Customer service lacking
These have always been great until now. Ordered and noticed that my order had been sent back. I have contacted them and still nothing.
No address number was on the delivery but still would be nice if someone by now would have contacted me or sent a message. Still nothing at all.
Not sure i can take the risk again and use them.
