Items that are living can't leave us on a Friday or they will be dead by the time they reach you on Monday. It does mention this on the website.
We did email you to let you know delivery date so you could be in as its essential Green Roof items get delivered next day.
Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Put all of the item in the basket but the 'Buy' icon wouldn't work and the order didn't get processed. I sent an email to them and they responded very quickly and provided an alternative link. Completed the purchase via the link at 1am and all items arrived next morning at 8:30am.
One point of disappointment which is - when I phoned (4 times) I just get a message saying they are unable to answer the call. They need to address this and set a system up where the phone is answered or there is a option to leave a message and they call back.

Have emailed. Sorry that TNT have still yet to deliver your order. We are looking into it but this as you know has been sent again as they lost the first order.
I am very sorry and we are at the mercy of the couriers delivering items and they are short staffed and struggling.

Not the way to do business
Well what to say, ordered wrong sized insulation screws from uk flat roofing, told by mike storey on their email to send them back to windermere where there will be a re stocking charge, ok fair enough, sent them by royal mail 2nd class signed for, which they have signed for, 5 weeks later, still no refund and after numerous emails nobody even responds to calls or emails, pathetic company, take take.

Mark was very quick with questions and queries. Delivery is fairly pricey however we got the modular sedum roof so a fast delivery was vital.
Will definitely use them again in future. Never putting a sedum roof on the old fashioned way again.

Item not as shown, was shown with 2 nozzles for heat gun, come bare. Went to order some from ukflat roofing and was quoted £25.00 pound delivery. The delay has meant the postponement of my job. Very disappointed
Found them on another site with delivery at £4.99 and arrived next day
