Ordered two 40m rolls of allutrix membrane. They did not have it in stock and with my permission swapped it for Elotene. However, they only sent me one roll (40m) when I needed two rolls. Sent two messages (one email and another via their website) and got No reply to my query. Had to order another roll of Elotene from another supplier. Caused a delay in my roofing project. Not happy with the very poor communication and will never use them again. They did refund the cost of one of the rolls as I paid for two rolls. When I ordered the two rolls of allutrix their website showed they had the items in stock.

Did not get item paid for as there was an issue with details changing when placing an order online. Not possible to reach on the phone and they where not willing to call back. Have given them a chance to correct their mistake but they insisted straight away without investigating that the fault was not theirs.
Avoid.

Great Product, Great Service!
I contacted them via Chat, I was given initial advice then this was followed up by technical sales.
I was advised very clearly of the product I needed and importantly why.
I ordered from the link provided and the fixings for a "warm roof" arrived the next day.
My follow up technical questions were answered within two hours.
I cannot expect better service than this.

The sheet of EPDM arrived safely and we're just about to put it to the test.

Phoned them and they said the items were in stock did a postcode check for delivery charge which was £40.00. all ok they told me to order on line. Did this and paid in full. 3 days later got an email to say their delivery firm wouldnt deliver to my area so refunded money.what a waste of 3 days.
