Good job well done, they did the job in an efficient manner and explained what they were doing. The job was for my mum's house but I was happy to pay for it because the radiators are 50 years old and in need of a good clean out. They also put reflectors on the radiators under the windows.

Be very wary of what your buying. £1500 (discounted to £1000) for a system flush that you most likely don't need. A local gas safe engineer / plumber would cost a fraction of this.

I have just had my radiators flushed out by Kelvin and Deecan,their work has been satisfactory and they were very helpful and polite, I am happy to commend their work and attitude.

Matthew was very courteous and very knowledgeable - a decent man. He explained everything clearly and left a price/estimate of work which may help reduce my energy costs. No pressure from him at all.
I have declined to take up the firms offer, but can't complain about the staff, either on the phone lines or in person.

Dean explained very clearly why we would benefit from having our boiler filter & radiators dealt with. I felt I'd caved in to yet another out-of-the-blue phone call about energy / switching suppliers etc but there had been sth about the call that made me give it a go. We were both frankly sceptical as we have investigated various ways of making our awkward Victorian house more environmentally friendly but within 5 mins of Dean leaving we had both agreed we were convinced & i contacted him straightaway. I also viewed ex-MP Siobhan Baillie's statement in Parliament in March? 2023 explaining the advantages of this procedure. 36 hrs later Kelvin & Deacon arrived & set to work, very considerate as they hopped around the house doing what was necessary. The whole arrangement worked like clockwork. We are very pleased we have managed to get sth done & the house is warmer. Well done.
