Placed an order of nearly £1000 but few hours later (less than 24hrs) changed my mind wanted to cancel my order after several phone calls and waiting 15min each time on the phone, the customer service kept telling me a refund will be issued in 30 days!! They deducted the money instantly from me and under the consumer right by distant selling , I have all the right to cancel my order within seven days and get a refund . Helas they keep saying wait 30 days! Why? The order was not fulfilled hence no returning goods , therefore a refund should be immediate.
I will report this company to watchdog and claim against them on Ombudsman, unless they contact me and comes up with a solution. It is illegal holding people's money and using it without their consent. Ultimate-Appliance, you know me and have my order reference number, have the decency to contact me and resolve my problem.

Ordered a cooker as price seemed good, a quick glance and star rating for this company seemed ok so I placed my order. I needed a cooker asap and the expected delivery was 5 days. How wrong was I after numerous phone calls, promises of delivery dates ... I finally got my cooker ... A month later! Unacceptable customer service, if there is a delay then just give us a realistic date, instead of promising delivery on 7 separate occasions. The stress is not worth the few pounds savings !!! Pay a little more and order from somewhere realiable! You've been warned

This is how things should be! Best price i could find for the product i wanted, free delivery, free removal of old appliance, fast delivery and very helpful delivery guys. I was kept updated with delivery date and time with a phone call and text reminders and the van turned up bang on time.
Product is in perfect condition which wasn't unexpected as the packaging was totally undamaged too.
I will definitely consider Ultimate Appliances again as i cannot fault them at all.

Excellent service

Customer service is poor. The time it took them to dispatch my product was 4 weeks from the date they took cash out my bank. I was told on numerous occasions that it would be delivered by a certain date and it kept being put back. When they said they would ring me to confirm dates they didn't. The saving i thought i was making on the price of the machine turned out to be a loss due to the additional time it took to get to me and the cost of the numerous phone calls i made to find out what was happening.
Shocking service, no compensation offered! Will never ever be using this company again.

I ordered a product online to get on confirmation that I would be contacted with a delivery time. I didnt like this as usually you would get an estimated date to be delivered within a few days. I still had heard nothing a week later and contacting the company was a nightmare! On hold for minimumum 30mins each time I called to be given lame excuses like systems down, driver will contact, not in area blah blah blah. Eventually two and a half weeks later, the appliance finally arrives. no apologies, no nothing. I am sure it was only delivered this quick as we threatened to cancel our order. Do not use this company - I will never do again.

I ordered a diswasher from this company 3 weeks ago (15th March), I wasn't given a delivery date when the transaction went through, so contacted the support desk to see if they knew when the delivery would happen. I was advised that the delivery guys only scheduled 24 hours in advance and they normally deliver in my area on Monday or Tuesday and that I should receive a call around then to give me a date. This never happened, so I called in to find out what the problem was and was told they would speak to the delivery team and call me back the same day, that also didn't happen.
I ended up speaking to the support desk 6 times and was promised calls every time and I never once received a call back. I was finally told today that the delivery team are in and they would call me today, which actually happened and my delivery is booked in for tomorrow morning - three weeks after the original order date (3rd April).

My experience as a customer has been horrendous, I've not been kept up to date and I've been lied to and I certainly won't be using this company ever again.

Unsurprisingly, they took the money immediately after the order was made, so it's been tied up for 3 weeks while the order was stalled.

I'm definitely not going to be using them again and I'll ensure none of my friends or family ever use them.

My cooker packed up 7 weeks ago! I thought the best way to replace it would be online. I tried one company who promised next day delivery, three days later, no sign, so I cancelled and got my money back through my credit card. On February 23, I looked the Ultimate Appliances website and spotted the same cooker, will be in stock in TWO DAYS!!! They LOOKED a lot more professional. I thought great, that'll do so I paid for it online, there and then. THIRTY FOUR DAYS LATER!!! My cooker finally arrives!! This after numerous phone calls by myself, two returned phone calls from UA, despite the promise of several returned calls and a couple of useless emails. I 'm under the impression that UA take your money and then buy the stock and eventually deliver to you at their convenience.
I received the odd apology on the phone after I'd voiced my irritation but that doesn't really count for much if UA aren't going to act on it.
We can all say sorry as many times as we like but not much good if we just carry on no differently as UA did.

Ordered the Candy washing machine, delivered in 7-10 working days as promised. Best price and zero hassle with delivery and free collection of old appliance. Great service!

Item was delivered earlier than estimated although it turned up an hour later than stated I was contacted prior to delivery as the courier was delayed else where. So great customer communication and a great price for the item.

I ordered my new Samsung fridge on the Sunday and had to do no more than simply be in on the following Friday to receive the product. I was kept informed of when my fridge would be delivered by both e-mail and phone and was very impressed with the service I received. (As well as my brilliant new fridge of course!)

good service but delivery of goods takes too long.

I saved £100 on the price of a fridge freezer in the local store but I had to wait 3 weeks for delivery. It was worth it for the saving

I was initially a bit worried when I read some of the reviews for this company; however the item I purchased was delivered on Saturday 30th March (Bank holiday weekend) after I purchased on 25th March. Although the driver (Dave) was 2 hours outside the 3hr slot I was initially given he telephoned to apologise, gave me a new time for expected delivery and then delivered on the new time given. He unloaded and unpacked the item and then took away the packaging.
I would make a suggestion that after 24hrs of purchase the company send the the customer an e/mail or make a telephone call explaining why they have not received a delivery date.

My dishwasher arrived as informed, and kept up to date with progress, great service and very happy with goods, would do business again and would recommend .

Would highly recommend this company. The fridge was very competitively priced but also included delivery and collection of our old appliance. This was an American fridge freezer so was large and heavy. Delivery guys were very helpful and this was not too much trouble for them atall. Will definitely use again.

Searched for a day online for deals on washing machine and found Ultimate Appliance to offer the best deal. There were no additional costs such as delivery or cost for taking your old washing machine away. Some other organisations charge as much as £20 to take your old appliance!!!!!

In addition they kept me updated on the progress of my oder and delivered the next day. I would highly recommend Ultimate Appliance.

Ordered a fridge/freezer just before midnight on Thursday, got a courtesy call Friday evening to explain delivery time slot on Monday. Arrived Monday WITHIN the 5 till 8 time slot and the driver called to say he was 20 minutes away (bearing in mind some company's charge £4.99 for this service)! Fantastic service from the 2 delivery men, even took their shoes off and very careful round doors etc, to get the product into the kitchen. Will definitely be using Ultimate Appliances for my next purchase, many thanks and keep up the good work.

after chasing week after week and being told that they would phone me back within the hour, witch they never did, was very close to cancelling the order, wont use them again

I didn't read the reviews before I ordered which might have put me off ordering from this company which would have been a shame. Great prices, excellent customer services who rang me and text me with the delivery info. From order to delivery everthing has gone great.. Friendly and effecient delivery drivers, I would recommend Ultimate Appliances to a friend and would definitely use them again.
