They quickly replaced a headtorch that had broken shortly after I received it. After emailing to confirm the fault with the torch I was promptly sent a pre-paid return label. After posting it back I received a replacement torch within just a few days.

I've chosen to use this company multiple times because they're almost always the best value I can find, they never quibble over returns and most importantly, the customer service is second to none. I love the fact that many of the reviews on the site seem to have been tested first hand by people working in the store.
Every time I've called, the sales team has taken time to answer my many queries thoughtfully and truthfully; and followed up where needed. Most recently, Rob amazingly managed to get me a replacement item from the manufacturer even though it was on the cusp of the warranty expiring. I really feel everyone in the company goes the extra mile so customers have a good experience.

I had to pay return postage to exchange footwear that was 1-2 sizes under when it arrived. It would have been useful if they had indicated this when I purchased. I returned them for the next size up and was told it was not in stock and a refund had been summarily issued. Basically I am £7 down because their website doesn't tell the whole story. I will not be purchasing from these clowns again.

So, I bought the Rab waist bag from these chaps, arrived quickly and all good until I used the supplied Rab bottle. Noted leaking from the mouth piece. I made contact with them and received a reply very quickly, unfortunately they did not have a replacement in stock however, they did refer me to Rab direct and within a day or two I received a new bottle. Great customer service at its best. Well done.
