Excellent customer service and advice
Excellent customer service and advice. Went above and beyond to get my order out for next day delivery. Unfortunately let down by DHL but I can't fault Underfloor Parts.

We can only apologise regarding DHL delivering 3 days after leaving our warehouse.
All orders purchased before 2pm are dispatched on the same day and booked on a next working day service however it's not a guaranteed service the courier aims to do deliver within the time frame, sometimes they can have issues being delayed.

UNDER GRUNDFOS CIRCULATION PUMP
I received a underfloor Grundfos circulation pump only problem it did not have the high efficiency written on the pump I emailed underfloor parts back they contacted there suppliers and insured it is a high efficiency pump as it had wrong cover. I can only put my trust in them this is the case.
