Many thanks for your 4 star review, I can see you ordered after our cut off time at 2pm for dispatching on the same day and it was also good Friday and we were closed for the bank holiday weekend.
However it was dispatched Tuesday 2nd April and delivered to you on 7th April 2024. Royal mail would have been busier from the bank holiday weekend hence the few days delay once we dispatched goods.
It is booked on a 24 Tracked service which Royal Mail Aim to deliver within that time period but is not a guaranteed service.

Danielle saved me today with electric floor matting . It's refreshing to find such a helpful company and excellent customer service.

Prompt processing and Delivery of Need Parts
Ordered on a weekend, could see inventory and verify availability. The order was processed and shipped first thing on Monday AM and had the parts early on Tuesday.

Existing Actuators had failed
With a mind blowing choice of functionality differences on an internet search for replacement actuators for our under floor heading manifold their website search gave us what we were looking for. The product was dispatched quickly and was as described. Easy to fit

By sending details of the existing pipe i had to re-terminate, over email, an advisor helped me find the right connector from their range. Parts came next day and they fitted perfectly. Very satisfied.
