I've ordered from underfloor parts many…
I've ordered from underfloor parts many times with no issue however on this occasion parts were missing from the delivery. Their attitude was 'we sent so you must have received it'. I had no option than to re order the missing parts, effectively paying twice. The delivery got split into two deliveries by the courier and were received four days apart ,I had to pay them an additional £87 for parts that were missing, these parts were not consumables they were integral to fitting the manifolds,why would I reorder the parts if I had already received them

Many thanks Kevin for your 1 star review, we looked into this for you and could see goods were dispatched correctly our end. When checking our automated stocking system we found this to also be correct.
Unfortunately without any evidence of any items being missing this is very difficult, as we are unable to Just send out stock again due our stocking system.

Helpful advice & rapid delivery - even to Australia!
Underfloor heating is unusual in rural Australia, and was built into the house by its previous owners. So I had to source spare parts from UK. Cameron Jones gave helpful advice in our email exchanges and when ordered the parts arrived within ten days .. all the way to the the UK to the rural Australian location of Muckleford. Highly recommended.

Be aware if you are ordering from Ireland you will pay customs duty which is more than the 23% you would have paid for the product if you bought it in Ireland.

Sorry to hear you feel this way, however it does say when you get the the basket on our website that if you are ordering from outside of the UK, you will have to pay your local taxes.
The percentage will differ depending on the country you are ordering from, this is highlighted in red for this reason.
Once the customer has purchased online, goods are then dispatched by ourselves.
Unfortunately once the goods arrive at customs any charges are beyond our control.
