An Post received the goods on Wednesday…
An Post received the goods on Wednesday 16-11-23. I received a letter, which could have been an email to save time, on Thursday to pay the customs which I did there and there. I did not get an email confirming payment and today 21-11-23 they have received my payment and I read the goods will be dispatched soon but no date or time. I will not be using them to post any letters. Disappointing that it has taken two days to reach Dublin and sitting there five days so far.

Sorry to hear you feel this way Tommy with regards to your delivery service, unfortunately this is beyond our control if living outside of the UK.
If you live in Southern Ireland customer pays Custom fees,
If in Northern Ireland as part of the UK the customer pays VAT.
We dispatch goods to Royal mail fulfilling the service our end unfortunately we have nothing to do with An post or how they contact customers, maybe it's worth making a complaint to them to suggest they improve their service.
Very good parts and service
Very good parts and service . Nobody else online sells the adaptors from 14mm pex pipe to 15mm copper so was very pleased to find them.
