The way all internet ordering should be, flawless.

Working with Unique Truck Equipment was good except for communication on order delay. I ordered the 4517 OTC bearing splitter / puller on Aug 19th and got an order receipt confirmation by e-mail almost immediately. I had heard nothing more when I called them to find out that the anticipated ship date was Sep 6th. They did e-mail me on Sep 5 about it shipping Sep 4. It arrived Sep 8th.

The tool works great. I did expect an OTC tool to be made in the USA though.

Can't wait to use it. It cost about the same amount if you took it to a shop one time so it'll pay for itself quickly. It was great to see an old rusty drive line being repaired on your video. Great Great idea.

IF I HAD A MILLION HAY STACKS TO SEARCH FOR 1 NEEDLE, YOU WOULD BE THE COMPANY I CALL ON FOR HELP. I HAD LOOKED ALL OVER THE U.S. AND COULD NOT FIND SUCH QUALITY PRODUCTS AS YOU HAVE. My order was handled and shipped fast. Really had the part in stock, not just listed in stock like some other places I had ordered and got a "sorry, we're out of stock" message.

I call to get Pro-Link IQ Software, got the numbers to download same day!! I order wrong software so the next day I called to get correct one and they refund back for my mistake. Can't ask for better service than that....... That's Customer Service!!!!!!

Ordered tools same day last week (Monday) as 4 other items from Amazon. Amazon prime delivered in two days. Was hoping would have been delivered by Sat.... Apparently you use a much slower shipper...

These folks do a great job for thier customers. They have great products, great pricing and the Customer Support is Grade A, #1. If you can't say anything good about Unique?? You either were disaalusioned or didnt give the Unique Team a chance to make it right!! They want you happy!!

Went on Unique's web site to purchase a pitman arm puller. Ordering was easy. Part was shipped on time. The only problem was with UPS. Their staff stayed late to make sure I got my part as soon as possible. I will definently use them in the future.

Wow, Unique truck is a rare company. They are so customer oriented, it is very old school and I mean that in a good way. The staff at Unique Truck really go out of their way to help me out as a customer. Their response to my questions are quick and they really do go above and beyond. The lift was great! Took longer than anticipated but was worth it.
