I ordered a diagnostic software and hardware related to that and firstly I got the my order after 45 days and still some parts are missing

I recently purchased the SS Military 3 step Tire Step w/adapter. This was a much needed answer to a safety hazard that our mechanic(s) face each day; climbing onto a tire to perform maintenance in the engine compartment of our trucks/tractors. Without a safe work platform to stand on there is always the danger of slipping off the tire with the potential for causing severe injury. As we all are aware; we get away with doing work that way day-in/day-out maybe for years. It's always that one time that catches us up. I'm confident this tool will help minimize this particular risk.

I would definitely recommend this business to anyone. I had no problem getting what I wanted and fast also. I would do business with them again if I needed a perticular item. Thank you

Waiting for a Snap-On truck for 2 weeks doesn't help either. Go direct to the vendor and there is no need to shop around! They have the best products and customer service around!

Found the TPMS EL-50448 kit on the internet at Unique Truck Equipment at a good price. Called them for availability, they offered to take my order over the phone on my Visa credit card. Box arrived at the suggested shipping time.
Upon picking up the box at my doorstep I immediately noticed the item inside rattling around. After opening the box, found 2 small pieces of bubble material inside this box whose size was 8 times bigger than the item being shipped inside it across half the US.(surprised unit survived)
Visa card was billed some $85 +, then mysteriously credited $5+.
The Packing slip inside shipped box did not have the item $ price and the total $ amount I was supposed to have paid listed (assigned spaces left blank)

David went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.

In the days when an Internet retailer can be very apathetic these folks where patient, understanding and reasonable to deal with. All in all it was an excellent transaction and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Unique Truck Equipment is very helpful and if they don't have what you need they will lead you in the right direction. Also very wonderful to deal with.

I ordered the GM learn tool for the TMPS sensors, won't pay the dealer to reset the system every time I change from winter to summer wheels and tires or a simple tire rotation, came quickly and was a new unit as advertised. Unique Truck Equipment had the best price on the unit with a very long internet search to compare prices. I will defiantly do business with them again.

I received my order within a week...and it was well packed.
I gave three stars because I never received a confirmation email after placing my order, secondly I never received any notice with tracking information that my order had shipped. I could have called, but I kept waiting for an email.

The TPMS reset tool worked perfectly. The tool reset the sensors on my 2014 sierra without an issue.

Very good tool. Would not be able to reset the tire positions after a rotate without it. Save yourself a time consuming trip to the dealer or tire store. I used it on several 2011 and newer Chevrolet vehicles.
