I shop around for the best deal (price - delivery - etc.) on shop equipment. I contacted several companies regarding a piece of Branick equipment. The phone call from David, at Unique Truck was the only response I got from any Branick dealer. He was professional and very helpful.

I ordered an undermount toolbox for our work truck and was very pleased with the product. My only concern was the shipping cost, but I did appreciate the efforts made to bring that down as low as possible. In the end though, I still had to pay almost half of the cost of the product to ship it.

I ordered a reference manual/guide, and it's cost is $7.97. I was charged $9.95 for shipping. As a customer, I generally feel swindled when a company can't offer mailing resources that are obviously less expensive. I'm not likely to bring any business to your company.

Have a new 2015 Silverado 2500 HD and 2 sets of rims (summer & winter). Wanted to buy TPMS reset tool as I change seasonal tires myself and didn't want to have to run to the dealer each time.
