I have had many dealings with Unique and they have always gave exceptional service. Tracy and David are always willing to help Me in researching new products and I have leaned on them many times to expedite rush orders for my Customers. This is how customer service is supposed be- a rare find in today's marketplace. I highly recommend this company.

I bought wire welder thinking I was getting a good one, 10 days later received a "China built" overpriced welder. The minute UPS dropped it off I new it was not what I wanted. I can buy a comparable welder locally for half the price so why would I purchase one online. Immediately I called to return it and spoke to David who told me I could return it no problem but with a %15 restocking fee, I thought that was high since I hadn't opened it and he agreed that was high and said he would make some calls and see if he could get that lowered. Well a week later I received a email stating I could return it but for a 30% fee, that is not lowered. I called back and was told that is what it will be, wow. Well it looks like it cost me about $250 to look at the welder and send it back. They may have got me once but they won't get me again.

Prices are not over inflated and ships quickly. What is advertised is what you receive.

Tool was suppose to remove ALL Haldex adjusters. It worked on the left side but wouldn't stay on the right side. $280.00 later I still needed the torch.
