Very knowledgable
I called David Martin at Unique truck for some information on a Nexiq interface for heavy duty trucks. I'm glad i talked to the right person, i'd been looking for an ecm scanner for a while and couldn't find someone to provide me advice on what to get. He did some research and provided me with the equipment i needed to get the job done. I will buy from them again for sure.

Tire pressure monitor reset tool
When the manual method of resetting the big government-mandated tire pressure monitors on my truck no longer worked, I was faced with the choice of paying $40 each time to a repair shop or buying an $80 tool. I chose the latter and shopped for the tool. I found the best deal at Unique Truck Equipment. The item was as described and shipped quickly. I would shop there again.

Problem with shipping.
I requested that you ship via USPS, however I was told that UPS was the only method that you used. Not only was it much more expensive, they delivered my item somewhere else. And they don't seem to be able to find it! Even worse, it is virtually impossible to actually speak with someone at UPS. They simply don't care.
Luckily one of Unique's staff members, Marissa, took the time to try to unravel the mystery. and when she couldn't simply sent me a replace item via USPS. It arrived in two days.
