Payment System could use some clarification..
The site itself was fine, but I think the check payment option should be explained better. I usually pay by e-check, and assumed this was the case with Unique Truck. But, after you're checked out, you see that your product will ship after you MAIL IN your check and it clears. Not good for a company needing product. It's taken care of, I just went back in and re-ordered and paid by card, and obviously won't send in a check, but at the time it was VERY frustrating......Thanks!

Worked with Tracy Yonker on getting pricing, copies of invoices and correct billing instructions. She was very personable and professional. Made me feel like I was an important customer and not put aside until she got time. Simple things go a long way
