Sorry no car was available as this was not a pre-booked journey in advance, but you demanded it straight away from a rural area of Kent, no car was allocated and no charge was taken. Sorry we don't offer a service where we give out other cab numbers this is what google is for. As for giving 1 star for this just shows what kind of customer you are.

Graham was very professional and friendly. Arrived promptly 10 mins before and patiently waited for us to come out of the house. The collection was again first class at LGW upon return and he was stood waiting with clear sign with our name on right outside the doors from nothing to declare. Amazing customer service and would definitely recommend and use again.
