My Booking was cancelled the same day before my collection leaving me in a very difficult situation in the middle of nowhere. I lost my reservation-non refundable for the place where I was supposed to get.
Overall bad experience with an unprofessional company that is supposed to offer car services but has no drivers available!!! yey! and on top of that they didn't offer alternative services or help.

We can't understand how we left you in a such a differcult situation? and we can not justify why you gave us a 1-star review.
We have been professional about this cancellation. What actually happend, we cancelled the job due to no driver availability and we always call the customer beforehand in advance, in fact it took us 38 minutes from booking received to calling you, this was to explain there was no driver available to cover your booking, this was done well in advance of your pickup time. We gave the customer (Roxy) plenty of notice to rebook with another cab company. This booking was cancelled in advance at 21:31pm Sunday 14th May. The booking was for Monday 15th May at 12:15 Midday, We notified you over 14 hours in advance to re-book with another Taxi firm. Also no address was given just a postcode. all online bookings require the full address as per our Terms and Conditions (Located on our website) and no driver notes entered on the web booking either for the location of pickup. The customer was notified by phone well in advance for the cancellation and followed up with a cancellation email. This was a Bad experience from the customer who wrote a unpresidented review for her lack of intelligence in regards to not reading details clearly written on our website when booking online. The whole idea of booking online is to be a convenient method for customers to book without chasing the customer for added information to complete a booking (this is time consuming) but, when we do not have availability, we communicate any issues as soon as possible to the customer so as not to cause too many problems for the customer. Our online booking service is designed to take pre-bookings only in advance for this very issue, so we have availability for our customers in advance.

Booked 3 weeks in advance, let down
Booked a cab on 6th March for a journey on 31st March, for over £100 have just been informed by text 30/03/23 23.01 after one missed call 19.49 30/03/23 that with 25 hours to go there are no drivers. I don't think this is a good service at all, what kind of business does this?!

We just wanted to relay details about this bad review on the event of what had happened and why we had to cancel. We always endevour to contact the customer asap by phone to discuss the situation, unfortunately, the customer would not answer her mobile on the booking and no voicemail conection after 20 minutes of ringing, the email address was not correct on the booking as this bouced back twice, so we could not send details of a cancellation our normal route to inform the customer with priority. The only form of contact was to leave a Text. Last resort
The driver assigned to the booking tested postive for covid-19 before shift and unfortunately, we did not have avalability to cover a busy friday night with other drivers. The customer had responded with a negatives review at 2am in the morning in response to her discounted journey at £110.00 from a London Theatre near midnight as booked online on our portal. We could have offered to change the booking time but, as we had no contact by the customer, this left us no choice to cancel 26 hours before the booking time commenced. we believe we left enough notice to seek an alternative means of transport. We would like to point out that this is a very rare occassion with cancelling bookings with customers as we have received a 1 star review from amanda, we do have another 115 happy customers 5 star rated reviews.
