We used United Cars for a drop off to Heathrow and return after our holiday. Graham the driver was very helpful as well as being courteous and professional. He helped us with our many bags and arrived on time for the pickup and return journey. Prices are competitive and service received was excellent.
When you make a booking you receive a confirmation text and another when the driver has been assigned and on his way. This is a very good service.
I have used many taxi firms over the years and they are definitely worth 5 stars.

First time we used United cars … from the moment I called the office and booked my car for our airport run both ways, it went very smoothly no problems at all… I was kept updated at all times, and Graham our driver was lovely 😊 very polite and very smart, a credit to United cars, he was on time both ways … we had a very clean vehicle, couldn’t fault them in any way and I will differently being using them again, I have even recommended their services to friends!

Punctual, reliable, professional as always.

Fantastic service from United Cars, very impressed! Used them on 3 separate occasions and booked the journeys in advance so was sent confirmation and was able to track how far away the driver was (they were always on time). Graham, Gary and the lady I spoke to over the phone and via email were so friendly and helpful. Graham was waiting for us at the airport even though our flight was delayed by 3 hours. I called to let him know the flight was delayed and he told us not to worry as he would track our flight and be there when we landed which put our minds at rest as we were attending my sister's wedding the next morning. Will definitely be using them again for my next visit 🙂
