Had a good experience with United carpets, when we had our carpets fitted. They were professional in dealing with our request.
Matthew, who fitted our carpet, was very professional and his work is great and clean. He had done it on his own and done it fast.

Great and professional
Great team from the purchase to the fitting. The fitting team were really helpful and fitted both the hallway and living with great ease even helped me move some of the furniture back into place.

Sloper Road Cardiff
I have bought flooring from this store many many times before and although the customer service always left a lot to be desired, the quality of the carpets and the price were excellent. Having just moved into a house that needed new flooring in every room my first choice was obviously United Carpets. We went in to choose our carpets having been measured up for them and there was an offer of free fitting when you bought underlay. The staff are the most miserable, unwelcoming and unhelpful people ever and made me feel really uncomfortable. However, not having the time to go anywhere else we chose and arranged fitting. Carpets have been fitted and they are lovely but the underlay cost more than the already expensive carpets. I did go back to get the prices for the remaining rooms but left after an exchange that left me feeling even more uncomfortable than previously and we decided not to return and instead opted for a different local company and oh what a world of difference that was. We realised that we had paid over the odds for the carpets and underlay from utd and the flooring for the other rooms in our house came in at roughly £200 cheaper per room than we were quoted at utd carpets for like for like carpets and unserlay. I have always recommended them to everyone but will no longer be doing so, instead recommending the company we have just used instead.

Everything was clearly explained, including the price. There were no surprise charges and they did exactly what I wanted. The fitters were excellent too. In and out in a few hours having floored 3/4 of the house. Very professional service and would highly recommend.

Fantastic
Fantastic! We were well-looked after from start to finish. Staff in the shop were lovely, really helpful and they have a huge variety of carpets at a fantastic price (far cheaper than the big brand shops). Delivery was really quick too. We had to delay fitting due to a leak and they were very accomodating and said the fitters will work around us. When the fitters arrived they were polite and got straight to work. They did an excellent job. We are so pleased with the carpet. Had it a few weeks and it's such good quality and looks amazing. We will be returning to United Carpets again.
