Choices offered, pricing and advice was absolutely spot on. Felt very confident in our choice of United Carpets and types of flooring offered. Communication was great and the fitting was absolutely perfect. The fitter, explained through the process during the day what was happening, which was very much appreciated. Superb!
Recently bought our lounge carpet from the Chesterfield branch. We are so happy with it and every aspect of the service. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgable and helped us make a decision on what we required for our particular needs/ budget. The order was quick to arrive and the store delayed our fitting for us till we were ready. The fitters came when they said, did a fantastic job and left everything tidy. We will be using them for all our new flooring now. Would highly recommend to all ⭐️
