Great service
We ordered carpets for our new house from the Dudley store, the chap who served us was very helpful! On fitting day Chris the fitter was brilliant, on time, did a great job, he even measured our stairs landing and hallway, we were then able to phone another order through and pay over the phone, saving us a trip into store! Great service! We will definitely be using them again in future to finish our other rooms! Thanks again Chris and the team we are very pleased

Good service. Appreciated that I was texted a time frame between the time when delivery would be made. This allowed me to get myself ready and prepared. I also appreciated the fact also that the delivery men assisted in disposing of my bed and pulling the base apart as I had just done surgery on my hand and couldn’t do much less I aggravated the cut. Great experience from the beginning of…
Great experience from the beginning of the buying journey all the way to the fitting. Everything was arranged on the spot when we bought the carpet. Kept informed all the way, when the carpet arrived, arranged fitting of the carpet in two installments as the bathroom was renovated and couldn't do the stairs. Chris the carpet fitter is quick but amazing skill and quality of the workmanship. Definitely recommended the team at dudley united carpets.
