United Carpets & Beds - Fenton Reviews 

Really don't like putting bad reviews on.. the carpet it's self is fine but the carpet fitter went a be mad with the spray glue and got it on the walls which had be recently decorated which I can't get off..
Also asked for new grippers which weren't put down. I did ring the shop and they said to use white spirit to get the glue of but this hasn't helped sadly.

Excellent customer service who gave me the help and advice i required with no pressure

Great shop! Good choice of carpets. staff really friendly and helpful advising on what type of carpet goes where best. Had our first room fitted this morning and really really pleased with the outcome. Fantastic value for money. Booked to have the rest of downstairs fitted. Won’t go anywhere else now! Highly recommend!!

Excellent service and carpets and kitchen lino

Avoid this company at all costs. Very rude. Came in and because we was moving the dryer he started swearing and being aggressive. Saying he hasn't got time for this shit. And left. It would of took him longer to get the rolls of lino out of the van than it would of took for me move dryer. Tried to complain to the company but said we can't as they are only storage. Ridiculous. So after waiting 2 months for flooring to be fitted we got to wait another week and half. Disgusting company with Disgusting rude workers....
I have just gone to go outside and the worker has slammed my door that hard it's come out the frame. So now my house isn't secure. I've got a scared and upset autistic child here who is asking why the bad man was swearing and shouting and why has he slammed the door like that. She now scared people are coming to break into the house. There's a 2 inch gap all around my door frame now. And door won't shut or lock properly

Very good experience, seller Dave was good. Carpet fitter was lovely but was very friendly and talkative. He did a good job but took ages 😂. Honestly though a good all round service. Thank you.

Went to United Carpets when I was looking to replace my living room carpet. The help and advise that I was given by Jonathan was very good and I felt no pressure.
Carpet and underlay selected, paid for and fitting date arranged. I feel I must mention the fitter that was sent to my house. Jez was very friendly and did a wonderful job.

It was brilliant carpet at an affordable price for me anyway, the customer service especially Mike did a wonderful job of making sure the carpet was right and that the measurements were right hence the home visit, the only slight negative point was that when the fitter came out he did not ring when he arrived he just looked through the window and thought I wasn’t in when I was in the back yard and didn’t hear him knock.

Right from the start to the finish everything was spot on. Mike who measured up gave us great advice which we were not aware of, to his service in store when choosing flooring. Ended up getting a better quality carpet due to roll ends for a competitive price. The fitter was great had many challenges on the day due to uneven floorboards etc but made best of what he had to work with and went the extra mile for us. Very much appreciated and will definitely return when needed in the future.

The gentleman in the store in Fenton was brilliant. Very friendly, helpful and professional. There is a good variety of carpets. I was kept informed when it arrived abd it was fit on the correct day. The fitter did s first class job

The service in store was ok, the product is good but the fittings wasn’t good.
The chap who came out was polite but after he had gone and all was tided up there were cuts that I found were not to good and the cynic had been cut wrong in a corner to which I patched up myself. There was also a small tiny stone under the flooring to which I tried to remove but couldn’t because of the edges being glued.
Not sure if I would use them again!!

£300 charged to my 90 year old mother for taking up and disposing of 1 piece of vinyl. I queried this and asked for a price for applying silicone in the bathroom … that was 3 weeks ago and no one has bothered getting back to me. Complete rip off .

Hate to leave a bad review, but the carpet fitted has a crease down it. It was a large roll-end piece, the fitter installed and said it would calm down but it hasn't really.

Great service all round and the fitter was excellent!

We ordered aflooring that was supposed to be fitted in three weeks. After 3 weeks we chased and were told it would be late. After 5 weeks we were told the flooring was arriving and would be fitted on the 10th December. On the day of 'fitting', no one contacted me and my daughter had the day off work to wait for the fitters. I rang at 14.00 only to be told that the flooring had been 'damaged' in transit and would not be fitted until after Xmas. I had to go into store and choose an inferior flooring just so i could get it done as requested before Xmas. The man in the store was hopeless and no one was going to contact me to say there was an issue.

Helpful staff and carpet fitters was on time friendly and did an amazing job, no complaints
