Big let down
£1500 on recarpetting all smiles on ordering but sadly fitter came removed 6 doors , left 3 on that don't move at all, I was told a fitter would come who could skim the bottom off the doors when I ordered the carpet. NO , this didn't happen so now I'm searching for someone to do my doors, is all I get told is sorry, that means nothing .I wouldn't recommend these to anyone

Great service at shop at the buying stage. Big delay on fitter getting to us on the day not his fault a job that ran on and on. Problem with our carpet size when he went to fit and he had to go back to the shop to get another. All in All not great but not the fitters fault at all.

Really great support from assistant in store. Knowledgable and helpful with sizing and quality I wanted.

Amazing start to finish!
Terri was fantastic and helped us so much with getting our new build sorted! From helping us to pick, and sorting the measuring out. Carpet fitters were amazing too, saving us from disaster by pointing out a rather large snag the day before fitting. Overall brilliant service, fantastic prices and incredibly helpful and experienced staff - thank you so much!
