Carpet salesman was great
Carpet salesman was great - not given five star as they don’t tell you they don’t dispose of carpet remnants and in my case there was a lot. Spent 4K in total and all the bags of cut offs they left were mixed with wood, canisters and underlay / all had to be sorted at the skip.

Went to the store said what carpet I wanted and were for in my house put me in the right direction of what sort of carpet I would need very helpful and straight forward.they also fitted my carpet within days very pleased with the service I received

From grrat customer service in the show room to being so happy with the fitting as I feel they went above and beyond. I would and have recommended United Carpets and Beds to friends and family. Highly recommend, they are very professional, patient and helpful and helped me choose the best carpet from my selection to suit my needs best. They accommodated my short notice fitting date and the carpet, underlay and carpet gripper was fitted to high standards, it’s soft and comfy to walk on and looks great!

From start to finish United Carpets and Beds were totally professional, they arranged fitting, arrived at the stated time and did a really fantastic job. Excellent service
Went quite unsure of what we were looking for and apprehensive due to a non related carpet fitter not doing a great jobs a long time ago. The 2 men serving sorry didn’t get there names were excellent. Thoroughly knowledgeable on products, delivery times etc, they both had a lovely manor and really approachable and made us feel at ease. Would highly recommend and definitely shop here again.
