Chap came and measured 2 bedrooms and offered advice about a join that would be needed as one bedroom was fairly long. Rang me back the same day with a fair quote.i went in and ordered the carpets after looking at some samples and explained my budget. Carpets arrived within a couple of days and they fitted both bedrooms in under an hour. Would recommend and I'll be using them again for my living room and hallway carpets later this year.

Felt ripped off
Very happy with staff at the store very helpful, and very friendly . But the fitting charge is a rip off we are pensioners and had prepared the kitchen took skirtings off kick boards and door of it’s a very small kitchen took the fitter no more then 40 mins to fit the vinyl 6 ft by 9ft flooring and charged us £75 for fitting .customer service wasn’t interested would not be shopping there again . And wish I had read more reviews

A very good shopping experience.
From going into the store I was helped by the assistant answering my queries and explaining which type of flooring would be best for me. I was then left alone to browse and I found the product so he set up for the fitter to visit. The fitter quoted me prices and within a couple of weeks I had my lovely flooring. The fitters were so professional and did an amazing job in just 5 hours!

We always use United carpets and have done our last two houses completely using their service. Craig is great, lots of knowledge and nothing too much trouble. Fitting is good and we know we can trust the whole process from start to finish
