Local, friendly and helpful.
Very easy process, went to both their stores and both was very helpful.
Only downfall was the carpet fitters they use, I'd of liked a text or email when they was to arrive. Just listed on the paper work as AM.
Carpet is still looking well, no issues so far.

I have had a few carpets and beds and mattresses from here this year and the staff are so helpful and friendly, explaining processes and pricing from start to finish, set clear time expectations for beds etc which took longer and no issues at all
