Incredible, informative, and catered to our needs
From walking in the door before we even had the house, the staff at United were incredible, informative, and catered to our needs. Jonno was fantastic and helped us relieve the pressure when it came to costs.
Jonno measured the floors himself to ensure they were right and fitting was arranged quickly when it was requested. It took next to no time for the 2 fitters to fit the full house with carpets and even tho the incorrect vinyl was brought with the carpet, it was taken back and the correct vinyl fitted at a later date.
I would highly evening United and would use them again if and when required.

I measured the carpet myself and knew what i wanted, so the sale was easy. There were 2x carpet fitters on the day, both very friendly and approachable.
My new carpet looks and feels really nice.

Excellent Quality Plus Reasonable Price
I found the staff friendly and helpful. Plus the price for the quality of the vinyl was very reasonable. So was the cost of the fitting. I wanted it fitted in quickly as I wanted the two rooms done before Christmas. Overall I was very impressed.
