Absolutely appalling customer service from the moment payment was made. 7 weeks of chasing the company and carpet fitters to correct mistakes!! Still no joy!! Currently sat waiting for the carpet fitters to turn up as promised for the 3rd week in a row. No communication unless I'm doing the chasing. Would not recommend or use again

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible! I will not be using again.. Fitters did a very poor job after paying out over £600 to carpet my new house didn’t even get any money offered back after ringing the store numerous times.. Need to get yourself new fitters it would appear

Chose our carpet with good friendly advise from shop sales man carpet was fitted in swift time BUT fitter had no change so said he’d pop back with the £10 change but never did 🤨

Great all round experience
Bought two carpets over about 6 weeks and had an easy experience & transaction both times. A great choice of carpets and flooring. The gent in charge on both occasions was very helpful. The fitters worked very quickly, left no mess and were both nice people. We had great updates throughout and everything was organised round our schedule. Highly recomended all round. Will be shopping there again

I had taken measurements but the gent suggested he send round a professional person just in case I had made a mistake,as it turns out I hadn't but I so appreciated the gesture which was free of charge.

£550 mattress was delivered with damage to one of the corners. Was told would receive a partial refund and never did, called many times and was told would be back in touch to which I still haven't heard anything. Not good enough!!

Excellent 👌first class service.
We as a family always use this store for all our flooring needs. The staff are always welcoming and ready to assist. This visit was for my Dad's stairs, the manager advised me as to the best carpet, I was going to purchase the same carpet as in the lounge but was advised it would not be suitable for stairs. He also arranged fitting quickly because we had a stairlift to be fitted. Would highly recommend this store one hundred percent.
