Whole house re-fitted
We were having new stairs, landing & two bedroom carpets and underlay and also the ground floor - lounge, hallway and kitchen done with laminated flooring. The small ex/ cloakroom was fitted with vinyl.
As the property was empty, we let the fitter in and asked him to post the keys through the door when he had finished.
What a delight to see what a fab job he had done when we went to check what he had done! It looked amazing. He had bagged up all the off cuts which made it easy for us to dispose of. The fitter has made an excellent job.
We have several rental properties and always go to United Carpets at Kirkby when we need new flooring. We know they do a brilliant job, we also have them to fit flooring at our own home. We have never been disappointed and can thoroughly recommend them!

I haven't received my order
I haven't received my order! I'm still waiting for the store to contact me re the fitting of my flooring. Serious lack of communication, timescales nowhere near adhered too. I've used this company for 30 years, but I won't be using them again!

Great experience both in store and on fitting.
The people we spoke to in store were really helpful, they pointed us in the direction of a more cost effective carpet than the one we’d chosen but ended up putting our order through for our original choice at the lower price point.
The carpet fitters that visited our property were really friendly, respectful of our property and worked quickly and efficiently.
We had a carpet runner so this was measured for on the first visit then the fitters returned later to complete it and the turnaround for the runner to be completed was also really quick and it looks amazing!
