Excellent service, highly recommended,, from choosing what carpet to have through to fitting.

I was long overdue buying a new bed, went to the bright lights (reatail parks), and the local 80% off (the screws for the headboard). Bed shop. Then remembered United carpets...
So here goes:
1) the young salesman at kirkby in Ashfield was 100%. He got bored of me trying all the beds 3 times, then went sat down. Cool.
2) communication, 100%, you could soft boil an egg with the delivery time they set.
3) the delivery driver, respectful, courteous and efficient. 100% too
4) the end product.....
At first I felt it was a bit different from the one I eventually tried in the shop.
But, after 6 months now, I am very happy with a well built quality product, that still smells new.

Overall.
Only gave 4 stars, as I never give 10 out of 10, that's boring..
Thank you United carpets and beds, I will be back....

Could not do to much for us and even gave me help and carry the carpet and put it in my car.

Please would want you to send the person who fix the bed to come and have a look at it, when raising the electric bed it raise from one side and I hand to use my hand in pulling it, please could you ask them to come and check it proper. It’s having an issue, I tried ringing and no one picked the call.

The chap in the showroom was great, we worked a deal that suited us both on the hard wood flooring, the fitters arrived on time and was fantastic
I have used them for all my floor coverings and beds too

From start to finish we received nothing but excellent service from the guys at United Carpets Kirkby in Ashfield
Gary was so so patient and informative when it came to choosing our new flooring.
We went into the shop twice before actually going ahead with the purchase. I went back and forth between colours and choices and he literally didn’t blink an eye. Just the kind of reception you’d like when you’re feeling a little indecisive.
The two gents that came out to measure up and assess were amazing, and I’m so glad they were the ones that actually ended up prepping and fitting our flooring.
It was a costly job and one that we had been considering doing for the last 3 years but we couldn’t be happier with the end result and would 100% recommend to any of our friends and family.

The staff was very helpful in helping choose my stair carpet they didn't try to Push me towards a more expensive one and didn't mind when I had to change fitting date I've used this company before and Will do again

I went into the Kirkby in Ashfield store to browse for carpet for my new home. What I liked the best was that no one immediately pounced on you. They allowed me to look as my leisure then find someone when I was ready. The sales assistant was really friendly and knew their business. They were really helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure I was happy. The fitters were also brilliant they did a fantastic job and fitted me in so that that I could get moved into my new home. Could not fault anything.

The staff were not pushy and gave me space to browse the selection of beds. When I required assistance the staff were very helpful and knowledgable; they provided me with advice on the best mattress for my child and also advised me on the current offers and bed packages for myself so that I was getting the best value for money.
I was very happy with my experience and would recommend to others. I have also been back since to purchase a rug for my living room, and the young man was very helpful and kept getting the rugs down from the display for me to properly view on the floor. He didn't make me feel like I was being an inconvenience.
