I order a kitchen linor and door strips…
I order a kitchen linor and door strips when i order i paid for all necessary materials but when fitter came he charged a lot for glue and extra for fittings he told me he will be back tomorrow for checking and doing door strips now its been month nobody came at all. I dont like people working like this and especially big brand like united carpets.

I have no complaints regarding customer…
I have no complaints regarding customer service through out the process. Everyone is as super polite and helpful from start to finish. But my floors have been laid horribly - the edges are cut wonky throughout the house. The carpet is laid wonky so the pattern goes diagonally instead of straight down the hallway. And the linoleum has been laid straight on top of floor boards and every bump is pushing thru my now flooring and ruing the Lino. I was advised it wasn’t possible to fit underlay, but after speaking to the builders that laid my kitchen and bathroom floors extremely well, they have told me to complain that united carpets have ruined the flooring I spent a lot of money on by not laying onto a latex underneath which the Lino is supposed to have been fitted to. And unfortunately the difference in quality is massively noticeable
