Very unprofessional service
Very unprofessional service, incomplete and half done jobs, lack of communication, poor customer service.
After 3 visits Just promise of rectifying job but no communication from them.

Top service
On entering the shop we was met by the manager who was there when we first used them over a decade ago which was a nice surprise,very knowledgeable and helpful,after choosing our flooring we was offered a convenient time and date for fitting,again done by the same fitter from previous fittings which is good,fitting was perfect and cleaned up afterwards,from start to finish great service..

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. Kyle was really good and even ended up showing me a different carpet to choose. The fitter was brilliant. I had the hall and landing carpeted and laminate flooring in the hall. Looks great. Thoroughly recommend them. All the staff really friendly and helpful.

Carpet shop ok but Awful fitter
Carpet shop ok but Awful fitter. He was obstructive cut carpet badly, far too much waste and left 2 inches short meaning I had to buy more carpet to replace and use my own fitter. By all means buy their carpets which are good value but get your own fitet

Poor communication …
The experience in the shop when ordering was great,
The room was 18ft by 12ft so a large room,
Only 1 fitter showed up, there were items in the room which he couldn’t move by himself, I was working nights so had to be woken to help the fitter, who I found was a little rude,if it was said only 1 fitter was coming and may need a hand as the room is on the third floor I would’ve been prepared.
Having said that caught fault the quality of the fitting,
I had a hall stairs and landing carpet fitted approx a month before and again the communication was poor between us the shop and the fitter where we had to change our plans because the shop at Aylstone road promised us something the fitter said was impossible to deliver, again caught fault the quality of the carpet and fitting
