Great Service, as usual.
Always our first port of call for flooring. Knowledgeable staff in store who are there when you need them but happy to let you browse. We chose a carpet that needed to be shipped from abroad. It arrived within the time stated and Liam, our fitter, did a brilliant job, arriving super early after sending a message. Well and truly happy with the whole experience and will no doubt be visiting again in the future. Thanks to everyone involved. Can't remember exactly when ordered.

Flooring is good but not completely happy
The shop was incredibly helpful! The floor layer was great but I’m unhappy with the flooring being laid different directions in hallway and living room, after being told this would run through from one room to another, so I had to call up to ask and they have provided a floor bar to cover the cut between rooms, but the fitter has cancelled on me several times and this still hasn’t been completed

We moved from Long Eaton to Yorkshire we purchased our carpets from Long Eaton the staff were great , made sure we got what we ordered on the day we needed it delivered and fitted. Great service.
The carpet fitter who works for Long Eaton even came to Yorkshire to fit them, the whole house looks great fantastic job by a fantastic team.
