I had a hip replacement did not realise my old mattress would not be taken back. I did try to alter this on my account but not successful, I rang elk mill store spoke to a lovely lady who understood, and tried to change delivery and take old mattress but couldn't. Pretty poor service considering how much I payed .

Super friendly staff who are experts with all things related to carpets. No pushy sales or up selling forced on to us. Great price for a bedroom and stairs with a 2 week waiting period to be fitted. No fuss, stress or worries. Highly recommend using. Janis was fabulous.

The service we received from United Carpets was spot on from start to finish. From our experience in store, selecting a carpet and placing our order, right through to the fitting and aftercare. The staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and professional. The quality of the product (carpet & underlay) is top class and we couldn’t be happier with the service we have received. Janis and rhys were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Was a pleasant experience shopping here. No pushy sales left to browse and as soon as we needed advice they were there to help, nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely use this store again and would recommend. We have just received fantastic service from Janis at the Rochdale store.
There was no pressure from her but she was on hand when we needed help.
She gave us a price, but then we changed our mind and it was no issue for her starting all over again.
Her expert advice really helped us.

A great experience all round, recommended
Plenty of choice in the store and no hard selling. Delivery was super fast and the carpet fitters were excellent. No fuss, no mess a professional job completed within an hour. They even helped move furniture back in place, much appreciated.

Set of three fitters came as requested due to furniture needed moving and they couldn't have been more helpful and carpet looks stunning.
