Repeat customer - still happy
Have used United for carpets many times and always happy to go back. Always a good choice of roll ends to suit my needs. Fitters arrived when they said they would and did a quick and tidy job of my stairs and landing.

Wrong carpet fitted
Wrong carpet fitted. Had to wait longer unitil they sourced the actual carpet and got a new fitter. Lots of mess left behind took a few skip runs to clear it up, skirting boards scuffed. Was told we would receive some money back for the inconvenience but have heard nothing since.

Very happy
We were on route to a different carpet seller in Rochdale when we saw United Carpets. Decided to check it out and immediately saw 2 carpets that fitted our style and budget.
The sales assistant was very helpful and honest, particularly because he didn't push us down the more expensive underlays when we asked.
The carpet was kept in storage in the store as we needed time to complete other works in the room, which wasn't a problem.
When it was time to arrange fitting, the next slot was just 3 days away.
The fitting was quite quick and we're very happy with the results. There was a 5mm wide gap between a new built-in wardrobe and wall which I had planned to cover up, and the fitter even installed a slither of carpet there!
Overall very happy and will be returning in the future
