Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish! Went into the shop and was approached by a sales person called Umzy. A very friendly, professional and knowledgeable young man. As I was redoing the whole house, he advised on not only the type of carpets but to the types of suitable underlay for the many different areas such as high traffic areas along with the rooms you want that luxury feeling. He answered all my questions. This was ordered with little fuss and I took his recommendations throughout. A couple of weeks later the store called me to arrange fitting. The friendly guys who fitted it (sorry can't remember their names) were on time and flew through the job within the day doing a superb job. I am more than happy with the product and the service I received. Highly recommended, brilliant products, price and service.

Terrible customer service
I ordered a carpet with fitting but only one man turned up, I was told I had to remove my large settee from my living room, I said I couldn't do that so said man then left, I contacted United carpets and was told they had told me that I had to remove everything from my living room, I told them no one mentioned any such thing, basically I was called a liar!! I cancelled my order & got my money back, I will never order from them ever again

Dishonest company with loads of hidden charges.
Tell you it’s free fitting then carpet fitters expected £600 cash on the day!
Be carful what you agree to! I didn’t agree to this- not made clear and nothing on my invoice to state this.
They also charge a fee for ‘finding the carpet fitters’

Laminate flooring downstairs hallway and livingroom…
Recently bought the Victorian oak style laminate floor. Went in with measurements and the chap in the shop priced everything we needed up, he was very friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced. The fitter came in time and did and excellent job, they worked non stop and took care to clean up after themselves. They even measured the stairs for me, for when I I was ready to replace the stairs carpet. The floor has been down about a month now and it looks lovely.
