United Carpets staff member was very helpful helping me select the correct carpet. He arranged to come and measure up and was very efficient. From him arriving to me paying for carpet was 10 mins absolutely brilliant. Fitter arrived as planned on time. Fitting was done very well and no issues. I love my new carpet. Thanks United Carpets.

Great service and staff had a mix up with communication for more carpet being done. This was sorted straight away with extra carpet ordered and date to fit at no extra cost to me. I would recommend them to anyone very pleased.

2 bedroom carpets
Love my new carpet. Ordering in store was easy and staff were very helpful and friendly. Carpet was delivered to store ahead of my bedroom actually being installed, so they stored it for me until we were ready for the carpet to be fitted. The fitters turned up exactly when they said they would and worked quickly and unobtrusively. Will definitely use them again.

Carpet purchase
I have had carpets supplied and fitted a couple of times by St Helens branch. Anton has always been very helpful and patient. He goes above and beyond to ensure you're happy with your product and everything is how you expect it to be. So much so I am returning again to purchase flooring for my new home. Highly recommended.

Really helpful in store helped to pick best carpet for what I needed and also suggested taking books home to make sure as can look different in different lighting which was useful. Fitter Andy I would highly recommend he was so helpful on the day and communicating about date and time for fitting my home was left lovely and tidy like the carpet fairies had been and I am delighted with my new stairs and landing carpet thanks xx
