Large lounge job well dine.
Good service and support in the shop picking our lounge carpet. The installation team were very professional and did a magnificent job in what is a large awkward room. Left nice and tidy. Overall very impressed again. This was the 4th room you have done for us this year.

New Carpets, new home
From initial contact the St. Helens store manager and sales assistant understood my needs, my requirements and met them 110%. Excellent service from the point-of-sale to the actual fitting of the new carpets. Can’t thank United Carpets & Beds enough. My new home looks amazing with their product.

Excellent level of customer service
I went to United Carpets for the first time to pick a vinyl for my kitchen. I am new to picking flooring so was a little unsure on what to pick. Anton in the shop was amazing and really helped me to pick the right flooring for me, he could not have done any more. He set time expectations and gave me a price that I was more than happy with.
I had two young fitters turn up, Andy and Nathan, their service went above and beyond. They were polite, friendly and delivered an excellent level of customer service. The fitting was up to the highest standard and I am over the moon with how my vinyl looks. I will absolutely be using United Carpets again - thank you for making my experience smooth and easy.

Terrible, avoid at all costs
Edit: I was put in touch with the fitter through the shop, who categorically denied all wrong doing and insinuated that I had put the scratches in myself. He was rude, aggressive and refused to come to any conclusion, stating that it was my word against his. Absolutely appalled by this and will never use United Carpets again. If you are reading this and live in the St Helens area, avoid them.
Great in the shop - efficient and helpful. The fitting was another story. In and out in 10 minutes and left a series of deep scratch marks all along the (new!) skirting boards, where they must have cut the carpet to size.

Easy to order.
Was supposed to be fitted 18th December but we were told carpet hadn’t arrived. Rearranged for 20th December and promised we would have it fitted first thing in the morning
Fitter arrived at 11.30.
Messed up my whole day. I called the store who were unapologetic

We've used this company for years
We have used this company several times now, over many years and will continue to do so. We have always had good service, the measuring service (when used) is always done for minimum waste and the staff are always polite and friendly and they give sound advice.
Delivery/fitting dates have always been kept and our latest carpet looks really good.
We will be buying our bedroom carpet from here in the next few weeks.... I'm just not looking forward to moving all the furniture!

Kitchen floor instalation
We purchased a kitchen floor from United Carpets. The price was very competitive and we made our choice. A survey was carried out and installation arranged. The installation was carried out by two young men who rate 10 out of 10 for the school and the floor. Excellent job and highly recommend the experience that we was given.

Said they would fit hall stairs and…
Said they would fit hall stairs and landing today plus my baby’s room, we took up all the carpets in preparation only to have them arrive and say they are doing two other different rooms. We had to take up those carpets, then they had to do my baby’s room so he could sleep tonight which left us walking up and down the uncarpeted stairs with nails and grippers out (carrying a young child) until they can come to finish Monday since they said they didn’t have time to finish.. very dangerous. Never using again.
