Fabulous selection of carpets ,staff are knowledgeable about the range of carpets , carpet fitter came next day we had a lounge carpet and a stair and landing carpet we could choose when we wanted it fitted as we were decorating fabulous service would definitely recommend. The carpet fitter came lovely chap very professional carpet fitted superbly well done United Carpets.

(Worksop branch united carpets) had small bedroom carpet put down was all rucked up and bad lines all through it which it shouldnt of had ! not what i ordered did waste a lot of time with phone calls and having to swap it for what i ordered in the first place shame companies like to try cut corners but did get there in the end with a lot of time wasting.

We would like to praise the manager of the Worksop United Carpets for the amazing service she gave us! Marie worked tirelessly to sort out an misunderstanding over the date our fitter was coming. She managed to sort out a fantastic fitter within a day's notice so we weren't disappointed. The carpet is of excellent quality at a fabulous price. It was fitted expertly and the fitter cleared up really well! A great big thankyou for a highly recommended service from start to finish!

Great choice and service in store. Fitting was a different experience
Great choice and service in store. Had the carpet we wanted and was happy with the price.
Regarding the fitting- the fitters turned up with the wrong metal door plate. It didn’t appear they were going to get the correct plate until we mentioned after they were fitting the plate they had brought. We had to highlight it was the wrong plate. Only then did they call the office and had the correct one brought over.
One of the fitters cut his finger and didn’t mention this to us. When they had left and we were vacuuming the mess we found blood stains in a couple of places on the carpet and also a few places on the skirting boards. We would have appreciated being told instead of it just being left. I have photos of the blood stains.

United carpets themselves were very good, good customer service and updates.
