Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Nothing too much trouble. I made multiple trips into the store to look at various flooring & changed my mind several times. All staff were helpful, polite & honest about quality and suitability etc.
I received phone calls from the manager with prices, fitting arrangements & options with no pressure. Just friendly, informative & helpful. The flooring itself is beautiful, was delivered exactly when I was told (via a courtesy call the day before) & was fitted by 2 efficient & knowledgable gentlemen.
We will definitely be using this local store again- thank you.

Horrendous carpet fitters
The service I got in store was great and the product is ok for for the price paid. However the fitters who came to fit the carpet were horrendous. They left glue all over my wooden floor and the carpet is already coming away on the stairs. Also, all they did was moan about the job from start to finish whilst they were here.

Very helpful, would recommend
I had a rough idea of what I wanted but Billy in store went above and beyond to help me with different options and letting me try samples at home to find the right carpet. Also when it came to fitting the carpet, Kirk was really helpful too and it was fitted perfectly to finish off our room nicely. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them.

Very happy with service
I always go to this store for my flooring needs. The staff are really knowledgeable and their prices are competitive. I recently purchased a carpet for my stairs and landing. Marie was really helpful and had a lot of knowledge so was able to help us make the right choice for carpet and underlay. We were given a date for fitting and we’re informed of an approximate time on the day. The communication was excellent. The fitter arrived and was very courteous and respectful at my house. I’m really pleased with the fitting and my stairs look refreshed. I would definitely recommend and use again!

Very competent knowledgeable lady instore who made the process super easy. When the fitters arrived they were very pleasant chaps, super fast but after they had gone we realised they could have pulled the carpet tad tighter plus they left all the trims and off cuts I a big rubbish bag! Top Service, Great Carpet
